A. Location of exhibition

In corridor areas just outside the grand hall for conference. The best place to promote company and products.

B. Booth Fee (Per booth)

Member

- Early BirdⅠ: 1,500 USD (until 31.Oct. 2025)

- Early BirdⅡ : 1,700 USD (until 31. Jan. 2026)

- Regular : 2,000 USD (Aer 1. Feb. 2026)

- Over 3 Booths : 1,500 USD (-)

Non-Member

- Early BirdⅠ: 1,800 USD (until 31.Oct. 2025)

- Early BirdⅡ : 2,000 USD (until 31. Jan. 2026)

- Regular : 2,500 USD (Aer 1. Feb. 2026)

- Over 3 Booths : 1,800 USD

• 1 backboard with size of 2m wide and 2.8m high, and board picture will be designed by company side
• 1 reception table, 2 chairs
• 1 free colorful ad in conference document (Size: 216*291mm)
• Company name on website for promotion
• Company brochures be put in conference bag
• Not included of Complementary participants to the conference

15:00 April 7 ~ 18:00 April 10, 2026

D. Booking of booth

When register online for AAC-AAIC, you can book a booth at same time, and will have the booth for whole 3 days. Booth will not be reserved separately.
For booking a booth, at least 2 formal delegates from a same company will register for the conference.

Attentions

1. Booth will have priority feedback to sponsors.
2. Reservation of booth is limited to the quantities.
3. Selection of the booth location is subject to the reservation order, once the location is selected, it will not be changed anymore.
4. If special design, or other requirements for the booth such as electricity, water, TV, more tables and chairs and so on needed, please contact secretariat and pay for it.
5. Samples or promotion materials for the booth will be brought by exhibitors.
6. Free A4 ad picture in the document book should be designed by the exhibitors and submitted to secretariat no later than March 10. 2026.
7. Back board picture should be designed by the exhibitors and submitted to secretariat no later than March 10. 2026
