Regulations about Payment and Refund

Registration confirmation is based on the date of deposit.
After registration on line, you will receive an email from secretariat within 2 working days, and please confirm your information and fees; then make bank payment to the account of conference. Electric invoice and registration information will be sent to you by email.
Due to fees about conference registration, hotel rooms, exhibition, post aroma tour, etc. the refund will be 100% for 30 days before conference day, 50% for 10~30 days before conference, 0% (no refund) for 0~10 days before the conference day.
Please check with the hotel directly for event venue information and hotel reservations.
