C. Standard Package Info.

• Standard Backboard (3m W x 2.4m H): Custom design to be provided by the booth attendee.
  (Printing and installation services are available for an additional fee via order form. If not requested, booth attendees must print and install their own materials on-site.)
• Company Name Board will be standardized, featuring the company logo and name across all booths.
• Spotlight(Qty 3), Electrical Outlet(220V/1.5Kw), 1 information desk, 2 chairs
• 1 free colorful promotion material in promotion book (Size: 216*291mm)
• Company logo and name display on the website for promotion

D. Exhibition Schedule

E. Booking of Booth

Please note that booths cannot be reserved separately on EXPO registration.
For booking the booth, a minimum of 2 delegates from the company has to register.

Attentions

1. Booth will be allocated to the sponsors first.
2. Location selection is based on the payment date of reservation. Once the booth location is confirmed, no further changes can be made.
3. For special designs or extra utilities (electricity, water, TV, additional tables/chairs, etc.), please contact the Secretariat. Additional fees will apply.
4. Booth Attendees sharing bring company brochure(leaflet, flyers etc.) and product samples on their own and distribute to the visitors.
5. A4 sized promotion material will be prepared for promotion book. A design work must be done by Booth Attendees and submitted to the KAEAS Secretariat until March. 25th 2026.
6. Back wall design of Booth shall be designed by Booth Attendees and submitted to the KAEAS Secretariat until March. 25 2026.
7. EXPO will accept Walk-in visitors (Domestic only) on EXPO.
